What is the best and cheapest way to get from JFK Airport to Manhatten?
We will have 3 very big suitcases, so we can’t take the Subway or a public bus, keep that in mind.
Does anyone know the price of any shuttle services from the airport?
Also, how long approx (in minutes) does it take from JFK to Manhatten.
We will be staying at the Hotel Edison, anyone ever stayed there b4 or heard any feedback from this hotel?

Taxi is a flat fare of $45, not including the $5 toll and tip. JFK is about 36 miles to Manhattan and usually takes 45 min to an hour to drive it. I wouldn’t take the shuttle, just because you have to wait on everyone else’s pick up and drop off. If you don’t mind the time, then go for it. With shuttle add 30 to 45 minutes more to your travel time.
