About how much money would it be to rent a 10 passenger lincoln limo for about 7 to 8 hours for one night? I would like to take limo from long island to NYC

I was in NYC over the weekend and couldn’t help but notice alot of people drove black cars that I am guessing are either Crown Victorias or Lincoln continentals. I know some are limos but I saw alot that were old and beat up driven by ordinary people. They also have some cabs of the same make.

Is it advisable to go down the FDR? Which bridge would you advise: Triborough? Queensborough? What is the fastest and therefore quickest route by cab to get from LaGuardia (the airport) to the Upper West Side?

my grandfather is paying for the whole thing but i dont want him to spend 1000 dollars. especially since i dont talk to most of the people in my limo. i live in central jersey if that helps.
