so my birthday is coming up and i dont want a huge party. im only inviting about 10 friends to celebrate with me. i live in nyc but i dont really fancy the idea of renting a limo and going out to eat. i dont want to do anything cheesy either like bowling or walk around 42nd street. if anyone does mention a restaurant could you mention the name and location and what we could do after. i was also possibly thinking of a picnic in central park depending on the weather.

me and my friend were talking about having a double date vday. we were going to get a limo to pick up our gfs without them knowing. then going to NYC or Jersey…somewhere that has a reall nice restaurant preferably with a sweet view…then prob go ice skating by bryant park or central park… we are not sure…does anybody know of anywhere we can take them after we pick them up with the limo?

live in new york. im turning 16 in november and im deciding if i want a sweet 16 or just doing stuff with my friends..i already planned most of the stuff if i have a sweet 16 but its not definite. now im trying to think of stuff to do if i dont have one. originally i was going to take a party bus or limo into the city(manhattan) and go out to dinner and just walk aorund the city. the only problem is that now all of my friends are doing that and its gonna be really boring if i do it.(ive already been to three parties like that)…well now i need some ideas of what to when i go out with my friends..its going to be both boys and girls going..idk if thats signifigant for any ideas but just letting you know lol. since my birthday is in november im not really sure what to do..i mean i cant go on vacation or n e thing..any ideas? thankss

my birthday is nov 13….i was actually thinking of ice skating too lol..i was thinkin wollmans rink or whatever in central park..i love it there…maybe even rockerfeller center..never been ice skating there

and too brittany..yea some people do go to clubs but alot of my friends think that stuff is pointless n stupid..,i personally lik the idea so i would deff consider it =]

Does anyone have subway directions from the JFK airport to the Empire State Building? Also, to Ground Zero and Central Park from the airport? We have a layover for 8 hours and would like to see what we can visit while in New York. Thanks!
