Take NJ Transit Train to New York Penn Station, then get on the LIRR to the last stop, and the the airtrain to JFK

From Newark, NJ to JFK airport in Queens, NY – you can take 3 separate train systems.
1st – take NJ Transit from Newark into Penn Station, NY
2nd – take LIRR from Penn Station to Jamaica Station
3rd – take Jamaica Air Train from Jamaica to JFK Airport
