Is there a good web site on transportation in NYC?

- it’s like getting driving directions from yahoo but instead tells you which public transit to take.

Personally, I’d take a cab from the airport to Times Square (around $30). From Times Square I’d take the subway down to Penn Station. From Penn Station take the NJ Transit Rail out to the airport in Newark. There are also buses at the Port Authority (which is right near Times Square) that can get you to the airport. Hope that helps.
