Ever heard of Premiere Productions Inc? A Legit Business?
recently came across a wedding and event planning company here in santa monica, ca, with the corporate office in New York, NY. I want to use them but don’t know if they are good, since I can’t find ANY information on them besides their website.
They have the BBB logo, but it’s just a logo, the BBB website doesn’t have them listed. And I can’t find any other reviews on them, which is weird since they provide services to people.
So is this a legit business or a scam? where else can I check to see if a company is legit? Need the answer ASAP.
By the way, they say they founded the company in 1998 and do many, if not lots, events for celebrities.

If your scam radar went up, I think you have good reason. Their info just doesn’t match up. It doesn’t seem "right". If this were a really big Hollywood-type company, they wouldn’t have issues with their web site. It’s just not "clean". The info I found doing a WHOIS lookup didn’t match, either.
I think that this is a small company trying to look big. Another clue was the email contacts for some of the so-called staff. They list yahoo addresses. Do you know anybody at a big company with a yahoo address? Anyone can sign up and have one of those in minutes. Same thing with the BBB. Surprisingly, there is no single BBB, but hundreds across the country. You could spend days looking for it.
My advice is to keep looking. Something is not right.
